Jill is a trained psychoanalytic psychotherapist, a member of the Victorian Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists, and a qualified social worker who has been in practice for 20 years. She works with adults experiencing distress in their lives which can include anxiety, depression, loss and grief.

Jill works with clients in a supportive way to establish the nature and origins of current issues. The therapy process involved can be short-term or long term depending on a close assessment of client needs. Both conscious and unconscious conflicts are explored over time to foster insight into thinking and behavioural patterns & to allow for new or different life choices to emerge.

Judith Hamilton-Smith has had a private Psychotherapy and Counselling practice in Melbourne for over 25 years. She is a trained and registered psychotherapist, a qualified Social Worker and has an additional degree in Fine Arts.

Judith is a qualified and skilled practitioner who is experienced in working with individual adults with a wide range of mental health issues. Short or long term therapy is offered following a thorough assessment. A variety of therapeutic interventions are offered.

Judith has a particular interest in the value of the therapeutic relationship. She believes that within a confidential, supportive professional relationship individuals are able to explore unconscious historical and contemporary experiences in their lives. This helps make sense of the past and present in a way that enables behavioural change to take place.

With specialised training in Somatic Psychotherapy Judith has a deep understanding of the capacity of the body to carry the burden of emotional trauma and stress.

Liz Telford offers counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, family and couples. Her approach draws on relational ways of thinking about psychological issues. She also utilises other approaches that may be of use for the individual, couple or family and works in a supportive way to assist clients better understand and manage their concerns.

Qualified as a Social Worker and Family Therapist with specialist training in Couple Therapy, Liz Telford has provided counselling and psychotherapy in community health and then in private practice for over 25 years.
